Due to the highly perishable and sensitive nature of fish, MegaKrishi follows a strict refund and return policy.


1. No Return Policy

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Live fish

  • Fresh fish

  • Frozen fish after delivery

This policy exists to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund or replacement may be considered if:

  • Wrong fish product is delivered

  • Fish is damaged during transit


3. Claim Procedure

  • Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery

  • Customer must provide clear photos or videos

  • Claims without evidence will not be accepted


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
